We're in the process of putting our home on the market to sell - and discovered that we had to replace our electric meter box (with no time to waste). Special thanks to Jessie at Actionaire - super friendly, explained to us what was involved & handled everything (did the install, arranged things with Grays Harbor PUD). Jeff & Jessie did an amazing job installing our new heat pump. They showed on time were very polite & helpful with showing us how the system works. They also assured me that if we ever needed help they are just a phone call away. I highly recommend them for any heating & cooling services.
Thank you Dave. These guys got me on their schedule right away. When Dave showed up he was very courteous. He explained what he saw was going on with my furnace, corrected some shotty work that was previously done and immediately got it up and running. Even with 1 out of three heating coils, there is a big difference. Thanks for gathering additional parts to get the remaining coils working. You guys are awesome!
I would like to thank Jason and Shane for helping us with our heat pump. It was installed by the builder of the house but never worked properly. I called Actionaire who immediately got us scheduled. Jason and Shane were very knowledgeable and immediately found the issues. They communicated every step they were taking and why. They were polite, professional and efficient. I highly recommend them and will be calling them for our annual maintenance of the unit. Thanks again.
